Discount Exclusions & Promotion Terms
We love rewarding our customers with promotions and discount codes. To keep things fair and transparent, please read the following terms carefully before applying a code at checkout.
Products & Collections Excluded from Discount Codes
The following items are not eligible for discount codes or promotional offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion:
Sale Collection
All items currently listed in our Sale collection are already reduced and are excluded from further discount codes. Sale prices are final and cannot be combined with any promotional offer.
New In Collection
Newly launched products in our New In collection are excluded from discount codes for a period of 30 days from their launch date, unless the promotion explicitly includes new arrivals.
Specific Excluded Products
The following individual products are excluded from all discount codes and promotions:

Exclusions may be updated from time to time. The most current list will always be reflected on this page.
General Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. One Code Per Order
Only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked with other promotional codes, offers, or automatic discounts unless explicitly stated.
2. Non-Cumulative Discounts
Promotions are non-cumulative. This means a discount code cannot be used in conjunction with:
- Another active discount code
- Sale or clearance pricing
- Bundle offers or multi-buy promotions (unless the promotion specifically permits this)
- Any other ongoing promotional campaign
3. Minimum Order Value
Some discount codes require a minimum basket value before they can be applied. The minimum spend threshold, if applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion details. The minimum is calculated on the subtotal of eligible items only, excluding shipping.
4. Quantity Limits
Certain promotions may be limited to a maximum number of uses per customer or a total number of redemptions across all customers. Once the limit is reached, the code will no longer be valid. Orvano reserves the right to deactivate a code at any time once its limit has been reached.
5. Validity Period
All discount codes have an expiry date. Codes must be applied at checkout before the stated expiry. Expired codes will not be honoured under any circumstances, and no exceptions will be made for codes entered after the expiry date.
6. Eligible Items Only
Discounts apply only to eligible products in your basket. If your order contains a mix of eligible and excluded items, the discount will be applied to the eligible items only. The total saving will be reflected at checkout.
7. No Cash Alternative
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or gift cards. Unused portions of a discount are forfeited and will not be carried over to future orders.
8. Returns & Refunds on Discounted Orders
If you return an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid for that item after the discount was applied, not the full retail price. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
9. Fraudulent Use
Orvano reserves the right to cancel any order where a discount code is suspected to have been used fraudulently, obtained through unauthorised means, or applied in breach of these terms. In such cases, the full price will be charged or the order will be cancelled.
10. Changes to Promotions
Orvano reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. These terms may be updated periodically — the version published on this page at the time of your order will apply.
